Deepak Sharma owns ProofKeep Receipts and its app materials as the product owner, developer, publisher, and rights holder unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Restrictions
No permission is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, publish, host, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit ProofKeep Receipts, its app materials, or any part of them except with written permission from Deepak Sharma or as required by applicable law.

ProofKeep Receipts may exist in a market with other receipt, scan, document, organization, or productivity apps. These notices do not claim ownership over general ideas, common app categories, third-party services, user receipts, merchant names, carrier names, product names, logos, or functionality that others independently own or develop.
