ProofKeep Receipts is a local-first app for finding receipts, return labels, shipping proof, warranties, and purchase screenshots. The current app does not use a backend, analytics, ads, tracking, or account system.

The app source code, object code, interface design, workflows, documentation, text, icons, screenshots, metadata, and related assets are proprietary unless stated otherwise in writing.
Privacy Position
ProofKeep Receipts processes photos, screenshots, OCR text, labels, reminders, and saved proof records locally on the user's device in the current app. The current app does not upload proof data to a server.
Who ProofKeep Receipts Is For
ProofKeep Receipts is for adults and everyday users who want a simple way to find and organize purchase-related proof they already saved, including receipts, return labels, warranty screenshots, shipping proof, grocery receipts, and purchase screenshots.
Who ProofKeep Receipts Is Not For
ProofKeep Receipts is not a legal, financial, tax, warranty, insurance, shipping, refund, return-policy, chargeback, or consumer-rights advisory service. Users must verify deadlines, extracted text, return rules, warranty coverage, claim rules, and other important details independently.
Paid Features
ProofKeep Receipts may offer an optional one-time ProofKeep Pro lifetime unlock through Apple In-App Purchase. Free users may save up to 50 lifetime proof items. Deleting saved items does not reset the lifetime free-save count. Pro users may unlock unlimited saved proof, subject to app functionality and App Store rules.
App Store Terms
If ProofKeep Receipts is downloaded from the Apple App Store and no custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement may apply in addition to these terms and notices.
