Before Requesting Support
ProofKeep Receipts is local-first. If photo access, camera access, or notifications do not work, check iOS Settings for ProofKeep Receipts permissions. If a scan misses an item, the item can be added manually using the app's camera or photo import flow.
Privacy Reminder
The current ProofKeep Receipts app does not use a backend, account system, analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud sync. Saved proof records are stored locally on the user's device.
