Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using ProofKeep Receipts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What ProofKeep Receipts Does
ProofKeep Receipts helps users scan, classify, organize, search, and save purchase-related proof such as receipts, return labels, shipping proof, warranty information, grocery receipts, and purchase screenshots. The current app is local-only and does not require an account or backend service.
Who ProofKeep Receipts Is For
ProofKeep Receipts is intended for adults and everyday users who want a simple local-first tool to organize their own purchase-related proof. It is not designed for children under 13, regulated professional recordkeeping, legal evidence management, tax compliance systems, medical records, financial custody, or storage of highly sensitive documents.
User Content
You are responsible for any photos, screenshots, receipts, labels, notes, recognized text, and other materials you add to or scan with ProofKeep Receipts. You represent that you have the right to store and use any content you add to the app.
ProofKeep Receipts does not claim ownership of user content. Store names, merchant names, carrier names, product names, logos, receipts, labels, screenshots, and documents remain the property of their respective owners.
No Professional Advice
ProofKeep Receipts is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, warranty, insurance, shipping, refund, return-policy, chargeback, reimbursement, or consumer-rights advice. Reminders, labels, extracted text, classifications, and due dates may be incomplete or inaccurate.
You are responsible for verifying all deadlines, return policies, warranty coverage, claim rules, tracking details, refund rules, and other important information directly with the merchant, carrier, manufacturer, platform, warranty provider, payment provider, or relevant authority.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
ProofKeep Receipts and its app materials, including the source code, object code, design, icons, workflows, software architecture, text, documentation, visual assets, classifications, screenshots, metadata, and related materials, are owned by Deepak Sharma or licensed to Deepak Sharma.
These Terms do not claim ownership over general ideas, common receipt scanning or document organization concepts, third-party services, user receipts, merchant names, carrier names, product names, or functionality that others independently own or develop.
Except for rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, all rights, title, and interest in ProofKeep Receipts are reserved.
Free and Paid Features
ProofKeep Receipts may provide a free tier with up to 50 lifetime saved proof items and an optional paid ProofKeep Pro lifetime unlock. Deleting saved proof items does not reset the lifetime free-save count. After the free lifetime save limit is reached, additional saves require ProofKeep Pro unless Deepak Sharma changes the free tier in a future version.
Paid digital features offered in the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple may also provide official offer, promo, or redemption codes for eligible purchases. Refunds, billing, taxes, family sharing availability, and purchase disputes are handled under Apple's applicable App Store rules. Availability, pricing, and features may change as permitted by applicable law and App Store rules.
App Store and Apple Terms
If ProofKeep Receipts is downloaded from the Apple App Store, your use may also be governed by Apple's App Store terms, usage rules, and standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. Apple is not responsible for ProofKeep Receipts or these Terms except where Apple's own terms say otherwise.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, names, designs, workflows, or other comments about ProofKeep Receipts, you grant Deepak Sharma a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or obligation to you.
Disclaimer
ProofKeep Receipts is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deepak Sharma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, missed deadlines, lost receipts, failed returns, denied warranties, lost profits, business interruption, or other losses arising from or related to your use of ProofKeep Receipts.
