Who ProofKeep Receipts Is For
ProofKeep Receipts is intended for adults and everyday users who want to organize their own purchase-related proof. ProofKeep Receipts is not intended for children under 13 and is not designed for regulated professional recordkeeping.
Information Processed On Your Device
ProofKeep Receipts may process photos and screenshots you select or allow the app to scan, OCR text extracted from images, receipt details, return label or shipping details, warranty details, notes, titles, due dates, classifications, and edits you manually enter.
Photo Library Access
ProofKeep Receipts asks for photo library access so it can scan screenshots and photos for purchase-related proof. You may grant full access, limited access, or deny access through iOS settings. When scanning, ProofKeep Receipts uses on-device processing.
Camera Access
ProofKeep Receipts asks for camera access so you can scan receipts, labels, warranties, and shipping proof directly.
Notifications
ProofKeep Receipts may ask for notification permission so it can remind you before return windows, warranty dates, or other due dates you save in the app.
Data Storage
ProofKeep Receipts stores app data locally on your device, including saved proof records, local image copies, OCR text, notes, classifications, and due dates. The current app does not sync data to a server.
Purchases
If you buy ProofKeep Pro or redeem an Apple offer or promo code through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple processes the transaction or redemption. ProofKeep Receipts may read local App Store entitlement information to unlock paid features, but the current app does not send purchase records to a ProofKeep Receipts server.
Data Sharing
The current app does not share your saved proof data with Deepak Sharma, analytics providers, advertisers, data brokers, or third-party cloud services. If you manually share or export proof items outside ProofKeep Receipts, that sharing is controlled by you.
Tracking and Advertising
ProofKeep Receipts does not track you across apps or websites and does not include advertising in the current app.
Children's Privacy
ProofKeep Receipts is not intended for children under 13. The app is designed as a productivity tool for organizing purchase proof.
Your Choices
You can deny or limit photo access, camera access, and notification access in iOS Settings. You can delete saved proof items inside the app. You can delete the app to remove local app data, subject to iOS behavior and backups.
Future Changes
If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, analytics, subscriptions, AI services, or third-party integrations, this Privacy Policy and App Store privacy disclosures should be updated before release.
